Mjolnir Pronunciation - How to Pronounce Mjolnir Correctly
Learning how to pronounce Mjolnir can be tricky if you've never heard it spoken aloud before, because it's not a word that sounds the same as it's spelled.
To say it as it's spelled would sound like mm-jol-neer, but that's not correct.
The j in Mjolnir is pronounced as the letter y.
If you were to say it slowly out loud, the way that it's supposed to sound, you'll get the correct Mjolnir pronunciation.
Slowly read out "Me-yol-neer".
To make it sound the way it should when speaking normally read out "myol-nir".
It should sound like "meow" (Like a cat), but replacing the w with an L, then "near".
Sometimes it's helpful to try imitating a sound rather than words, here's a few phrases which when typed into Google translate sound close to the correct Mjolnir pronunciation.
