Highly polished stainless steel viking ring with Odin's ravens Huinn and Muninn with the Triskelion symbol behind each raven
Huginn (From old Norse "thought") and Muninn (Old Norse "memory" or "mind") were tasked with travelling the world, gathering information, and relaying it back to the mythic god Odin.
Due to Odin's association with the ravens, he was sometimes referred to as "raven god".
Viking warriors would frequently decorate their armor, helmets, shields and banners with a raven, with the intent of invoking the power of Odin (Or at least giving that impression to their enemies).
